「iOS 18」AIを使用した通知の自動要約機能を発表か

MacRumorsによると、Appleは「iOS 18」でAIを使用した通知の自動要約機能を発表するようです。iOS 18 to Use AI to Summarize Notifications, Add to Calendar, and Moreという記事になっていました。

Apple is poised to unveil an auto-summarization feature for notifications as part of a series of new artificial intelligence features in iOS 18, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.

「iOS 18」AIによる通知の自動要約機能を搭載

これはBloombergのニュースレター「Power On」のMark Gurman記者が伝えたもので、Siriの音声機能を改善して会話感覚を高め、ユーザーの日常生活を支援する機能を追加する予定とのこと。

これはAppleが「proactive intelligence」と呼ぶアプローチだそうで、iPhoneからの通知の自動要約、ニュース記事の概要の表示、ボイスメモの文字起こしといった機能が含まれます。

WWDC24で発表される「iOS 18」ではAI機能の強化が予定されていますが、よりiPhoneが賢くなる可能性がありそうですね。期待が高まります
