It’s a GUI implementation of an rsync-based folder synchronization tool that works with WiFi.
MacとiPhone/iPod touchをWiFi経由で同期することができる「iSync」というソフトがありました。
現在はフォルダを同期するような使い方ですが、将来的にはWiFiでiTunesが同期できるんじゃないか、と期待が寄せられています。
確かに充電にはケーブル接続が必要ですが、同期に関してはWiFi経由でも可能だと便利そうです。
サイトを見ると、
Important Note: You need to enable install OpenSSH on your iPhone/iPod Touch and enable Remote Login in your Mac Sharing preferences for this to work.
と書かれています。iPhone/iPod touchにOpenSSHをインストール、Macもリモートログイン可能にしておく必要があるそうです。
