That’s where iPodulator comes in. iPodulator lets you input a website address, and will convert that page into an all text format which you can then view under the Notes feature of your iPod.

iPodulatorでURLを入力すると、ページをテキストにコンバートし、iPodのNotesで読めるようにしてくれるそうです。

試してみたところ、日本語は通りませんでした。画像ファイルを取り去り、改行を取ったテキストが書き出されるようです。
