In a recent support document, Apple announced that it officially pulled the plug on the service as of April 21, 2022. The last version of the app will be macOS Server 5.12.2.

As of April 21, 2022, Apple has discontinued macOS Server. Existing macOS Server customers can continue to download and use the app with macOS Monterey.
既存のmacOS Serverを利用するユーザーは、引き続きmacOS Montereyでアプリをダウンロードし利用することが可能です。
よく使われているサーバ機能（キャッシュサーバ、ファイル共有サーバ、Time Machine サーバ）は「macOS High Sierra」以降に付属するようになっているということです。
