「Zoom」Amazon Echo ShowやGoogle Nest Hub Maxからオンライン会議に参加可能に

オンライン会議サービスの「Zoom」が、Amazon Echo ShowやGoogle Nest Hub Maxなどのスマートディスプレイからオンライン会議に参加可能になると発表しています。

Zoom Expands to Smart Displays at Homeとして発表しています。

We’re excited to support some of the most widely used smart displays, including Amazon Echo Show, Portal from Facebook, and Google Nest Hub Max, so you can connect by video to colleagues, family, and friends with ease.

FacebookのPortal（日本未発売）やGoogle Nest Hub Max、Amazon Echo Showに対応していくということです。

Portalは2020年9月から、Google Nest Hub Max、Amazon Echo Showは2020の秋の終わりに利用可能になるとしています。

例えば「Zoom on Echo Show」の場合は「Alexa, join my Zoom meeting」と話しかけると会議に参加できるそうです。

Alexaアプリ内のカレンダーにリンクがあれば、Alexaは自動でIDとパスワードを入力して会議に参加できるということです。

どのくらいの再生能力があるのか分かりませんが、せっかくスマートディスプレイにはカメラが搭載されているので、Zoomで会議に参加できるようになると便利ですね。
