Dual bootバージョンでは必要なものが次のようになっています。

VMware
Ubuntu Live CD (or any other bootable linux distro)
Deadmoo’s OS X linux distro
UbuntuはLinuxでした。方法としてはそれほど難しいものではなさそうですが‥‥。
