MFi認証で最適化された急速充電器

Ming-Chi Kuo氏は、Appleが「iPhone15」向けにMFi認証の充電器の急速充電性能を最適化すると予測しています。

Appleの充電器の中でも、20W USB-CモデルはiPhoneユーザーにとって最もコストパフォーマンスが高いため、20W USB-C充電器の買い替え需要が強くなると考えられるとしています。

MFi認証というのは、Made for iPhone/iPadで、AppleのiPhoneやiPadで動作するハードウェアおよびソフトウェア周辺機器の開発者向けのライセンスプログラムです。

MFi認証のUSB-Cアクセサリーが大量生産されているという情報もあり、最も効率的に「iPhone 15」を充電するには、MFi認証されたUSB-Cケーブルと充電器が必要になりそうです。
