Spring cleaning in summer | Official Google Blogということで、Googleが終了を予定するサービスの予告を行なっています。

終了すべきサービスは終了し、フォーカスすべきところにフォーカスしていく、ということなのでてしょうね。
ということで、終了が予告されているサービスは以下の通りです。
・Google Mini
2005年にエンタープライズ向け検索として開始。Google Search Appliance、Google Site Search、Google Commerce Searchで代替できると。
・Google Talk Chatback
Google Talkをサイトに埋め込むウィジェット。Meebo barの使用が推奨されています。
・Google Video
2009年5月にアップロードはストップ。今夏に残りのビデオはYouTubeに移管される予定です。ユーザは8月20日まで削除などの管理が可能。
・iGoogle
2013年11月1日をもって終了。2005年のリリース当時は、今日のような状況、パーソナライズを提供するようなモバイルアプリは想像できなかったけれど、その役目を終える、と。
・Symbian Search App
Symbianのサーチアプリはウェブ版への移行が推奨されています。
